Delivery Information

We dispatch all orders within 1 business day from our UK warehouse. Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm GMT.

Delivery Options

  • Standard UK Delivery — Free on orders over £40 | £4.99 on orders under £40
  • Next Day Delivery — £6.99 (order before 2pm GMT)

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Ayurveda Living products. In line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order, and a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

How to Return

  1. Email us at theayurvedaliving@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid Royal Mail return label.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Drop it at any Royal Mail post office within 14 days of notifying us.
  5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item, back to your original payment method.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced through unnecessary handling.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email theayurvedaliving@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
