Building a Daily Wellness Routine

Building a Daily Wellness Routine

Wellness is not defined by singular retreat weekends or drastic cleanses; it is built on the foundation of small, repeated daily acts. Ayurveda teaches that small adjustments in alignment with planetary biological cycles create strong vitality (Ojas) over time.

To build a sustainable routine, focus on anchoring. Connect a new healthy habit with an already existing habit. For instance, place your copper water bottle next to your alarm clock or toothbrush, encouraging water intake right after your oral hygiene rituals.

Slowly introduce structure to your mealtimes. Try to eat your largest meal at noon, when the digestive fire (Agni) is at its peak power. Avoid snacking past sunset to allow your liver and digestive tract to rest, detoxify, and recover throughout your sleeping hours.
